Mooretti Returns & Refund Policy
Mooretti accepts eligible returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the piece is in unworn, undamaged, saleable condition and returned with all original Mooretti packaging, documentation, certificates, pouches, inserts, and accessories.
All returns, exchanges, and credits are subject to inspection and approval by Mooretti before acceptance.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you believe you have received the incorrect item, you must contact Mooretti within two (2) business days of confirmed delivery.
To begin review, clients may be asked to provide:

order information,
-
photographs of the packaging and piece,
-
and a description of the issue.
Claims reported outside this timeframe may not qualify for return, replacement, or review consideration.
Eligible Returns
Eligible pieces may be returned for refund or exchange if:

the return is initiated within 30 days of delivery;
-
the piece is unworn and unaltered;
-
all original packaging and documentation are included;
-
and the piece passes Mooretti quality inspection upon return.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
Exchanges
Eligible pieces may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.
Because Mooretti releases works through controlled allocation cycles, exchange options may be limited. If the requested piece is unavailable, Mooretti may offer:

store credit,
-
exchange consideration,
-
or private placement within a future allocation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

customized, altered, resized, engraved, or personalized pieces;
-
made-to-order pieces once production has begun;
-
one-of-a-kind couture works;
-
special commissions;
-
final sale pieces;
-
pieces showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or improper handling;
-
pieces missing original packaging, certificates, inserts, or documentation;
-
and any item with removed or damaged security tag, if applicable.
Allocation Pieces
Mooretti inaugural collection pieces released through standard allocation may be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days unless marked:

final sale,
-
customized,
-
altered,
-
or made-to-order.
If an allocation piece is produced specifically for the client after purchase, the order may become non-refundable once sourcing or production begins. This will be communicated before checkout when applicable.
Couture Deposits & Special Orders
Couture deposits, design fees, gemstone sourcing fees, and special-order payments may become non-refundable once:

sourcing,
-
design development,
-
gemstone acquisition,
-
or production work
has begun.
High-Value Purchases
For purchases of $10,000 or more, Mooretti may offer:

exchange,
-
house credit,
-
or private review consideration only.
Refunds for high-value purchases are not guaranteed and may be evaluated individually.
Shipping Returns
Approved returns must be shipped using Mooretti-approved insured shipping methods.
Returned pieces must be packaged securely. Mooretti is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft during return transit unless shipped using Mooretti-provided or Mooretti-approved insured shipping instructions.
In select cases, Mooretti may arrange private pickup or courier coordination.
Inspection Process
All returned pieces undergo detailed inspection and authentication upon receipt.
Mooretti reserves the right to decline any return or exchange if the piece:

is not received in saleable condition,
-
shows signs of wear,
-
has been altered,
-
is missing documentation,
-
or fails authentication or inspection standards.
These policies exist to:

preserve collector value,
-
protect the integrity of the House,
-
maintain exclusivity,
-
and prevent wear-and-return abuse.
International Returns
Returns and exchanges are generally available only within the original country of purchase unless approved in writing by Mooretti.
Gift Returns
Approved gift returns may be eligible for non-refundable Mooretti house credit only.
Refunds are issued solely to the original purchaser and original payment method.
