Mooretti Terms of Service
Last Updated: May 4th 2026
These Terms of Service apply to the Mooretti website, private viewing pages, allocation pages, product pages, digital content, communications, and related online services operated by Mooretti (“Mooretti,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using this website, requesting private viewing, viewing allocation details, making a purchase, submitting an inquiry, or otherwise interacting with Mooretti, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies referenced on our website.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website.
1. About Mooretti
Mooretti is a boutique luxury jewelry and fine art house offering limited allocation jewelry, couture high jewelry, fine art, private viewing access, and related services.
Mooretti products may include 18–24k gold works, directly sourced gemstones, one-of-a-kind couture pieces, limited releases, custom or special-order pieces, and fine art objects.
2. Website Use
This website is made available for your personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to:
- misuse the website;
- attempt unauthorized access to private viewing areas;
- copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit site content;
- interfere with site security or operation;
- submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
- use Mooretti content, imagery, designs, copy, or product descriptions without permission;
- use this website in violation of any law.
Mooretti may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the website, private viewing, allocation pages, or client services at any time if we believe these Terms have been violated or if access is being misused.
3. Private Viewing and Allocation Access
Mooretti may provide private viewing access to certain collections, products, pricing, allocation details, or acquisition opportunities.
Private viewing access does not guarantee product availability, purchase approval, future allocation, couture eligibility, or continued access.
Mooretti may modify, limit, revoke, or close private viewing access at any time.
Allocation releases are limited and may close once production capacity, availability, or timing limits have been reached.
4. Product Information
Mooretti makes reasonable efforts to display product information accurately, including materials, descriptions, dimensions, pricing, availability, and imagery.
However, slight variations may occur due to:
- handcrafted finishing;
- gemstone variation;
- screen color differences;
- natural material differences;
- small production differences between pieces;
- photography lighting and editing.
Product images and descriptions are provided for informational purposes and may not perfectly represent every finished piece.
5. Pricing and Availability
Mooretti reserves the right to change prices, availability, product descriptions, allocation details, release dates, chain options, packaging, and related product information at any time without prior notice.
Placement of a product in private viewing or on the website does not guarantee availability.
Mooretti may limit quantities, refuse orders, cancel orders, or restrict access to releases at our discretion.
6. Purchases and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not mean the order has been accepted.
An order is accepted only after Mooretti confirms payment, verifies availability, and issues an order confirmation.
Mooretti reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, suspicious, incorrectly priced, unavailable, unauthorized, or inconsistent with allocation limits.
If payment has been made and an order is canceled by Mooretti, we will issue a refund according to the payment method and applicable policy.
7. Allocation and Made-to-Order Pieces
Certain Mooretti pieces may be released through allocation cycles, limited production windows, preorder, made-to-order production, or private release.
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but may vary due to production, materials, quality control, shipping, weather, customs, or supplier delays.
If a piece is made specifically for the client after purchase, cancellation and return rights may be limited once production begins, as explained in our Return & Exchange Policy.
8. Couture and Special Commissions
Mooretti couture, one-of-a-kind high jewelry, special commissions, personalized pieces, altered pieces, resized pieces, or custom works may be subject to separate written terms.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, couture and special commission deposits, design fees, sourcing fees, and production payments may be non-refundable once work has begun.
Mooretti reserves the right to decline couture or commission requests at its discretion.
9. Payment
All payments must be made using approved payment methods listed at checkout or agreed to in writing.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Mooretti may use third-party payment processors. Mooretti does not store full payment card information on its own servers.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, banking fees, currency conversion fees, or related charges unless otherwise stated.
10. Shipping, Insurance, and Delivery
Mooretti ships according to the applicable Shipping Policy and order terms.
High-value pieces may require:
- insured shipping;
- adult signature upon delivery;
- verified shipping address;
- additional fraud prevention checks;
- private delivery arrangements.
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, unless expressly stated in writing.
Risk of loss may transfer according to the shipping terms and applicable law. Mooretti is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or events outside our reasonable control.
11. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by the Mooretti Return & Exchange Policy.
Eligible pieces may be returned or exchanged only if they meet the stated requirements.
Customized, altered, resized, engraved, made-to-order, special commission, couture, one-of-a-kind, final sale, damaged, worn, or incomplete returns may be ineligible.
All returns are subject to Mooretti inspection and approval.
12. Authenticity and Documentation
Mooretti may provide certificates, authenticity cards, product records, care documentation, or other House documentation with certain pieces.
Such documentation is intended to identify and record Mooretti’s release details, materials, and internal production information.
Mooretti documentation should not be treated as an independent appraisal, insurance valuation, resale valuation, investment guarantee, or gemological laboratory report unless expressly stated.
13. No Investment Advice or Value Guarantee
Mooretti jewelry, gemstones, couture pieces, and fine art may have collectible, artistic, material, or cultural significance. However, Mooretti does not guarantee resale value, appreciation, investment returns, market liquidity, future value, or third-party valuation.
Any purchase should be made for personal, artistic, cultural, or collecting purposes, not based on expected financial return.

Mooretti does not guarantee authenticity, service, documentation, or support for items purchased through unauthorized sellers, resale platforms, counterfeit sources, or unapproved third parties.

16. User Submissions
If you submit messages, images, testimonials, reviews, comments, inquiries, or other content to Mooretti, you represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate the rights of others.

We may update, suspend, remove, or modify the website, private viewing pages, products, content, or services at any time.
We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including pricing or availability errors, even after an order has been submitted.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mooretti shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the website, products, services, private viewing access, or inability to use the website.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mooretti’s total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some provisions may not apply to you.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mooretti, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of:

21. Force Majeure
Mooretti shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disruptions, shipping delays, supplier delays, customs delays, war, terrorism, civil unrest, epidemics, government action, power outages, internet failures, or other circumstances outside our control.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute shall be handled in the courts or dispute resolution forum located in Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
